We specialise in providing evidence-based psychological services that address a spectrum of needs, including child development, relationship dynamics, the transition to parenthood, and mental health support.
Therapy offers an opportunity to reflect on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a confidential, non-judgmental, and safe environment. It can help individuals explore new perspectives and develop different ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Treatment modalities used include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-based and Schema informed therapies, Mindfulness and child-focused parent work.
These can be utilised to address relational and behavioural queries relating to separation, emotion dysregulation, social skills and parenting guidance; as well as clinical diagnosis such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Autism, ADHD, OCD and BPAD.
Both in person and telehealth appointments are available.
